Modern wedding story in a German castle
⋈ Today I will finally show you the beautiful spring wedding of Peggy and Tristan at the castle Kartzow wedding venue.
This wedding story is quite to my taste – a whole day of exitement and emotions in Potsdam. I could be very close to the bride and groom during the getting ready and our bridal couple shoot later the day. We have done a lot of nonsense, as well as we captured quiet and intense moments. I think this wedding also marked a small evolution in my wedding photography. Why? Because I integrated some new elements into my visual language. In addition to the moment and the shapes, mainly to play with the given light. Here you do find my recent photo stories, that show you my language in photography. I also transferred my colors a bit more to a timeless style in the last wedding season.
I think it began in April 2016 with the wedding story of Dina and Christopher at the Villa Blumenfisch. Before that, my colors were more or less vintage. I still love to capture alternative DIY and barn-weddings in the nature, but last season I decided to just set up trends, which really impress me and fit to my style of wedding photography. For me this was a big step in the expression and authenticity of my wedding photography. For me this includes, that you still can enjoy your wedding photos in 5, 20 and 30 years independently of any trends.
Back to this wedding. I was very impressed by the performance of Serena, who I was allowed to meet first on this wedding. To me, she is a great speaker and singer – different, close and with a good portion of humor. Peggy and Tristan celebrated her performance from the first to the last chords and the wedding guests were absolutely enthusiastic about her.
